A Sankalpa devotion ultimately asks us to create the life that brings us joy and prompts us to channel our deepest heart-felt desires. Join Koren Kiener in this heart-centered practice that will aim to open awareness to our true desires, renew the mind, body, and spirit, as well as help practitioners to cultivate mindful intentions for everyday living. Through meditation, Mindful yoga, guided self-inquiry and more, students will be encouraged to consider what can create more positive meaning in their lives, how we can uproot the inner purpose around our intentions and ways in which we can use tools towards manifestation.
